Thank you for supporting my shop! Please note that because of the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to review all product photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we don't offer returns for "change of mind," we want you to love your stickers. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we’ve got your back:

  • Defects/Damage: If your stickers arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Wrong Items: If we accidentally sent you the wrong design, let us know!

  • Process: To start a claim, please email zstika.com with your order number and a clear photo of the items in question.

Shipping Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
